An encounter that changed my life…
« I have been involved in physical training for over 25 years. I thought I knew everything about rehabilitation techniques and programs, having tried most of them myself. Due to spinal disc herniation and vertebral fracture at the age of forty, I thought I had no choice but to do « couch fitness » and get surgery. But then I was advised to take Fitness Table classes at KiZone. After one year, I was able to do sports again and my energy levels have increased greatly. I cannot say enough good things about Fitness Table. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Maryse and Maurice.
